Native New Yorker, Gina Marie Picciotto found her passion as a Hair Artist in NYC in the mid 2000’s. Training at some of the most prestige salons in Midtown NYC including Louis Licari, down to the eccentric Salon Suite 303, formerly in the iconic Chelsea Hotel , she has formed a well rounded versatility working with the best industry experts to create timeless beauty and fashion forward looks.

Gina Marie continues to thrive, freelancing in the beauty and fashion industry working on photo shoots, as well as being based at Woon Salon, a hidden gem located in the Lower East Side of NYC. Formerly trained with celebrity colorist Louis Licari, Gina Marie specializes in highlighting and coloring with a natural touch. Protégé of master hair stylist Kevin Woon, Gina Marie adds custom hair shaping to her wide range of capabilities. Her philosophy is to enhance the natural beauty of her clients from within with color, cut and styling.

Recently, she was invited to Waseda Beauty College based in Tokyo, Japan to style hair and teach alongside Expert Makeup artist Hiromi Ando. The seminar called “NY Seminar” was hosted by Hiromi to demonstrate looks and promote how to be successful in the NY Beauty Industry in front of 650 students.
